Projection Performance Piece - Week Six

This performance piece explores ideas of discomfort within body language and ideas of embarrassment through the use of red being projected onto the person acting as a ‘spot light’. Highlighting ideas of the anxiety surrounding being under pressure and the embarrassment that performance can bring. This piece is aided by silence which was in the room to create the video to be more uncomfortable to watch for audience.

However, as a piece of work on its own it allows audiences to interact with the piece putting themselves under the spotlight of red (embarrassment) being casted onto them.
